Stein of the Top Hat Club. The Top Hat Club was initially a club for noncommissioned officers (NCO). It was relatively slow to open its doors to all ranks but eventually became the most popular club in the Mannheim garrison. The Top Hat offered a diverse program that included a Sunday brunch, karaoke, and bingo.
